Katina Dorton is a financial executive and public and private company board member. She is a former investment banker with Morgan Stanley advising companies and their boards on strategic financings and M&A transactions. She has also served as CFO in public and private life sciences companies, most recently as CFO of AVROBIO, a public biotech. She currently serves as Lead Independent Director at US Ecology, where she also Chairs the Governance Committee and has serve on the audit committee. She is on the board of the Research Triangle Chapter of the NACD and is an NACD Corporate Governance Fellow. She has a BA degree from Duke University, a JD from the University of Virginia and an MBA from George Washington University.
Rochelle Campbell is Director of NACD Board Services where she leads the NACD Board Recruitment practice and Board Advisory Services. Working with NACD’s Board Recruitment practice for over six years she has placed directors with boards ranging from large family owned business and nonprofit organizations to the top of the Fortune 500, spanning a number of industries including construction, technology, energy, insurance, finance, and manufacturing of all types. About 85% of all NACD’s director placements over the last few years have been diversity candidates. Rochelle has advised thousands of directors on leading governance practices and board composition. She has also coached over 350 military flag and general officers (1-4 stars), helping them to successfully transition their military experience into the private sector. As a board member, Rochelle serves as chair of the communications committee and director of Child Steps International, an international nonprofit supporting children and communities in Liberia.
Mark Zorko is on the Board and Chair of the Audit Committee for Westell Technologies (NASDAQ: WSTL). He previously chaired Nom/Gov, Audit and the Strategic Advisory Committees of Perma Pipe Int’l Holdings (NASDAQ: PPIH).
He has been a public company CFO and CIO for manufacturing, service, health care and high-tech firms. His background includes over 20 years of Board experience. He has also been the interim CEO of Well Services Ltd.
Mark served on the Audit Committee for Opportunity International and the Board of Directors for St. Alexius Medical Center in Chicago. Mark is an active member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, serves on the Research Triangle Chapter Board and has completed the credentialing for its Board Leadership Fellow certification.
Mark began his career as a CPA at Arthur Andersen and Honeywell in the U.S. and Europe. He received his MBA in IT from the University of Minnesota and his BS in Accounting from The Ohio State University.
Jack Finley is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Global Management Accountant, and a board member for public, private, and non-profit entities. He is a former audit partner in two international CPA firms, KPMG and Grant Thornton. Jack currently serves on the board of directors, audit committee, and risk committee of BOK Financial Corporation, a $38 billion public bank holding company. From 2006-2017, he served on the board, audit committee, compensation committee, and governance committee of AgCarolina Farm Credit, a $1.1 billion Farm Credit System bank. Jack has over 35 years’ experience as a board member with non-profit organizations, including his current service on the board of the Research Triangle Chapter of the NACD, as well as the boards of North Carolina Theatre and Haven House Services.
