Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received no later than 14 calendar days before the event start date to receive a refund. For cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the event start date, no refund will be issued. However, the registrant will be permitted to transfer the funds to another RTC-NACD event provided that he/she applies the transfer credit to another RTC-NACD event within 5 business days after providing notice of cancellation. If a transfer of the registration is not made to another RTC-NACD event within 5 business days after the cancellation date, no refund will be issued. Any additional fees for the difference in registration rates may apply.

Transfers to a colleague will be honored up to 5 days prior to the event. Requests to transfer payment to another colleague must be submitted in writing.
